Hello support
I got this message when linking to the download for the first time….
“Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to homepage →”Not a happy bunny, no response from support@webtech so far.

Apology for the problem you faced. We have sent an email to you with the plugin.
We are not sure what went wrong in your case. There have been purchases even yesterday but there were no problems reported till now. We had upgraded the entire site so that might have somehow caused some problems. We are looking into this.
