There is a setting to disable the automatic loading of the like/unlike buttons. Then you can define your own function to have the desired output as per your requirement.

Please proceed as mentioned below.

– Open the file wti_like_post_site.php in a text editor.
– Search for the function GetWtiLikePost.
– Inside that function add $msg = ''; just before $ip = WtiGetRealIpAddress();

This is not possible with current functionality but you can go ahead with modification from your end and we will assist you. You will have to look into the GetWtiLikePost function present in wti_like_post_site.php file.

We are not sure why you say that you have to refresh the page to show the updated like/unlike count also why you have created a shortcode for that. May be there is some javascript conflict with your theme after the like/unlike activity is processed. Please share your site url.

There are 2 different buttons for like and dislike functionality showing respective counts. So how do you want them to show up? Are you referring to any other place?

This is associated with the content filter so it will load for that content which is being rendered. If you are using any custom code for loading the buttons, you need to make sure that it is placed correctly in the loop. Can you please send the template file you are trying with to support@webtechideas.com? Also please share the specific site link so that we can have a look at that.

We are not sure what went wrong in your case. There have been purchases even yesterday but there were no problems reported till now. We had upgraded the entire site so that might have somehow caused some problems. We are looking into this.
